1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RRingo mobile applications, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by RRingo ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
RRingo is a free social game open to general audiences. If you are a minor, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who misuses the Service.
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your password and access tokens confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aspl.net if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials except where required by law.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate game outcomes or otherwise abuse the Service is grounds for termination.
4. The Service
RRingo provides a free, real-time multiplayer Housie / Tambola social game. Players join groups, get tickets for organiser-run games, watch numbers called live, and submit claims for winning combos (Early Five, Top Line, Middle Line, Bottom Line, Four Corners, Full House). Server-side logic validates claims and records wins. There is no real money involved — prizes are in-app fun and bragging rights only.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
5. Tickets and Prizes
- Tickets are free. There are no purchases, deposits, or withdrawals anywhere in the Service.
- Prizes are awarded server-side, atomically, on the first valid claim. Late claims for the same combo are rejected with a clear reason.
- Prizes have no cash value. They are in-app fun, leaderboard standing, and bragging rights only — they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.
- We reserve the right to void wins or claims obtained by cheating, collusion, or any violation of these Terms.
6. Optional Organiser Subscriptions
RRingo is currently free in full — there are no paid subscriptions available today, and the app takes no payments of any kind. The paid organiser tiers (Starter, Pro, and Enterprise) described on our site are planned but not yet released.
When those tiers become available, organisers who want to host larger games or unlock extra hosting features may take out an optional paid subscription. Such subscriptions would pay for hosting capacity and features only — never for the ability to play or to win money. They would be billed monthly or annually through the relevant app store or our payment processor, cancellable at any time with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period, and in-flight games at the time of a downgrade or lapse would complete under the previous tier. Refunds would be governed by the policies of the relevant app store unless otherwise required by law. Until then, none of this applies and everything is free.
7. Fair Play
You agree not to:
- Cheat, collude, or use scripts, bots, or automation to play or claim.
- Tamper with the app's binaries, network traffic, or local storage.
- Sell, transfer, or share your account with another person.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Violations may result in suspension, termination, and voiding of any wins obtained in breach of these Terms.
8. Friendly Play
RRingo is a free social game meant to be fun. There is no real money, no deposits, and no withdrawals — nothing to wager and nothing to lose. We ask that you keep games friendly and treat other players with respect; we may remove players who are abusive or disruptive.
9. Organiser Responsibilities
If you create or run games as an organiser, you are responsible for setting fair prize-share splits, calling numbers within the time allowed, and treating your players fairly. RRingo provides the platform; organisers are responsible for the conduct of the games they host and for inviting only people they have a relationship with.
10. Intellectual Property
RRingo, the RRingo logo, and the Service are owned by RRingo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Service except as expressly permitted by law.
User-generated content (display names, avatars, group names, chat) remains yours; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the Service.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account (see our Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or for any reason where we are legally required to do so. Because RRingo is free and involves no real money, termination does not affect any balance or payment. Anonymised game records may be retained so historical games stay consistent for other players.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every attack. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or where limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RRingo harmless from any claim, loss, or liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction to be specified — e.g., State of Delaware, USA], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in [City, Jurisdiction] under the rules of [Arbitration Body], except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
If you reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, India, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, those laws may grant you rights that override the above; nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and through an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
