Getting started
How do I create an account? Download RRingo on iOS, Android, or open rringo.web.app. Tap Sign Up and enter your email — it's free, with no payment details needed. You're in.
How do I join a group? Tap the invite link your friend sent, or enter the group invite code on the Join Group screen.
How do I create my own group? Tap the + button on the Groups screen, name your group, and invite members by link, email, or code.
Playing a game
How do I get tickets? Open an upcoming game in your group and tap Get Tickets. Choose a quantity and confirm — they're free, generated server-side, and appear on your dashboard.
How do tickets auto-mark numbers? Once the organiser starts the game, every called number is auto-marked on every ticket in real time. You don't need to do anything except watch for combos.
How do I claim a prize? When you spot a winning combo (Early Five, a Line, Four Corners, Full House), tap the combo's claim button on your ticket. The server validates instantly. The first valid claim wins; later claims for the same combo are rejected.
What if my claim is rejected? Claims can be rejected if (a) someone else won that combo a fraction of a second earlier, (b) the combo's numbers aren't all called yet (a "bogey"), or (c) you've hit the per-second claim rate limit. The app shows the reason.
Prizes & leaderboards
Is RRingo free? Is there any real money involved? RRingo is 100% free to play. There's no real money, no deposits, and no withdrawals — prizes are in-app fun and bragging rights only.
What do I win? When your claim is validated server-side, the win is recorded against your profile and the game's leaderboard, and your prize share is tracked in-app. It's all for the fun and the bragging rights.
How do leaderboards work? All-time, monthly, and weekly leaderboards rank players by wins and combos claimed. Build daily streaks and unlock badges as you play.
Account & privacy
How do I delete my account? Settings → Account → Delete Account. The action requires biometric or password re-authentication. See our Data Deletion page for details.
How do I export my data? Settings → Privacy → Export My Data. We email a JSON file within 30 days.
How do I opt out of marketing emails? Use the unsubscribe link in any RRingo email, or Settings → Notifications → Email Preferences.
Reporting bugs
I found a bug — how do I report it? Use the form above with subject Bug report, or email support@aspl.net. Please include: your device model, OS version, app version, and steps to reproduce. If the in-app error showed a request_id, include it — it helps us trace the issue in our logs.
I found a security vulnerability — what should I do? Please report it privately to support@aspl.net. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will acknowledge within 48 hours.
